Looks like a luxury hotel hotel on the site, but we were staying in a room over the road from the main hotel. I do not feel we had had a 5* stay sadly. The room was so cold initially. They did solve this by bringing a heater, but we were cold for over an hour. The room was very clean and bathroom stunning, but whole room was not luxury or 5*. Empty kitchen area with a couple of bowls and spoons and coffee/tea. We also had a broken nights sleep due to a connecting room being too loud. Not the hotel's fault, but the connection to the rooms and other guests. Breakfast was delicious, but not sure it's worth ￡24.50 each. Comfortable bed, but being away from main hotel we feel we did not get the 5* luxury experience we were hoping for. We usually book budget hotels but was hoping for more from this stay.

Clean room with good quality toiletry products.
The bed was very comfortable with a good selection of pillows.
